That's from Wikipedia, which anyone can go into and add whatever the
hell they like! It probably was Kaz himself who added that!
Oh, and if "Kansai" is wrong, better tell Kansai Denryoku, Kansai TV,
all the other newsreaders and weather forecasters who introduce their
news/weather from the Kansai, etc.
