Why do you read a web site about vacuum cleaners when you want to know
about a bank. ;-)
I was loose in Kansai yesterday and today and I saw a Shinsei branch
somewhere around Shinsaibashi-eki. Now I have to think where ... and I
_think_ it was on Midosuji on the same side of the road as the Nikko
Hotel (e.g. same side as OPA and Bridgestone but farther down as you
walk toward Dotonbori). If you know where The Pig & Whistle and the
funky old temple across the street are in Shinsaibashi, it's on the
opposite side of the big road, between the Nikko and the Pig & Whistle's
cross street.
And, if it isn't there ... I have to think of where else and the only
other place I walked a lot was around Osaka-eki, on the short street
close to the Kinokunia Books exit (isn't that 17 Bangai?) that ends at
HEP Navio .... but, Shinsaibashi seems to ring more true.
Actually, I wasn't _really_ let loose in Kansai, they confined me to
Shinsaibashi, Osaka/Umeda, and Higashi Osaka and then they sent me home
early. At least I got my beer, okonomiyaki, and beer fix.
