What volcano?

I'm definitely getting the earthquakes. We had one yesterday as a matter of
fact. Nothing major. Just a bunch of shaking and the subsequent freaking out
by the natives.

I wouldn't mind the earthquakes so much except that I'm always worried that
my house is going to be damaged. None so far...

What really pisses me off are the typhoons. You should have seen me out
there during the typhoon that hit right before the Niigata earthquake. My
monoki shed was shaking and bobbing for a while and then the roof started
peeling off. I was out there trying to hold the thing together while these
tremendous winds were fighting my efforts. As soon as I got up on the ladder
holding a brick or a rock to place on the roof, another powerful gust would
try to knock me off the ladder.

That shit pissed me off more than you can imagine.
