Hirakata is about 25km north of Osaka, it's a typical suburban city of
Osaka.
You may not like its heavy traffic jam caused by Hirakata's poor and narrow
roads and high population density. It's probably the country's worst traffic
jam. The rapid population increase of the city in past few decades caused
such a phenomenon that more cars and people, less and narrower roads.
Hirakata is also known as a typical Kawachi region. Nagao district of
Hirakata, which is rather a traditional region compared to other parts of
the city is the birthplace of the Kawachi Ondo.
You may have to expect that Hirakata is known as a typical Kawachi region
which is considered as a typical Osaka type region(more like a rural Osaka),
and it's severely despised by the western-worshipping, the pseudo-western
honorary White Kobejap, Tokyojap or Korean, Chinese kind of people like
shuji matsuda or Cindy. As a matter of fact, shuji matsuda had extremely
despised Kawachi on usenet a few years ago and that's why I don't like him.
Unfortunately, in the reality, this kind of phenomenon despised by those
honorary Whites would be the leading feature of Hirakata of the typical
Kawachi region. And I think, a person like Ernest Schaal would dislike this
region.
