Apparently the US Marine Corps only recruits people that meet it's 
standards, they don't care about affirmative action basing selection and 
promotion purely on results, General Stanley being an excellent example.

Maybe fat white guys need affirmative action, otherwise the marine corps 
might end up being full of superior people from minorities and leaving 
fat white guys unemployed or relagated to working in MacDonalds or 
eikawa in Japan.
