Nothing "nice", but worth going to. To the south of Tokyo is Kamakura and
Enoshima in Kanagawa. Which to go to probably depends on where you are in Tokyo.

Kamakura:
Use JR, from Tokyo or Shinagawa catch an express train to Yokohama and continue
to Ofune. At Ofune change trains and two stops to Kamakura. There is a nice
temple near the station and you can walk to the beach.

Enoshima:
From Shinjuku Odakyu Station (Odakyu not JR) to Fujisawa the terminal station.
Change to a train to Enoshima, 3 stops.
