That theory is just the looniest of a whole bunch of complete nonsense
that is spouted by AWL and her cohorts in the Audio Commentary. 
(Other infamous drivel put forth includes the idiot theory that the
Asuka we see at the end of EoE is really an amalgm of Asuka, Rei, and
Misato; Shinji's 'perfect woman'.)
There is no connection at all between Kaworu and Ritsuko; whoever came
up with that one just pulled it out of their ass.  I've seen a theory
posited that Kaworu is a clone of Keel Lorenz, there's no real support
for that idea, but it makes more sense than the nonsense about
Ritsuko...
