I had a British doctor in Kobe who wrote prescriptions for me.  Yes they're
still going, if I'm ever in Baker Street and need a particular item, they'll
probably have it.

The British doctor said there were three rules for a Japanese doctor, Don't
spend more than 3min, sell medicine, get them to come back. We were talking
about the corruption of Japanese medicine and skulduggery among its doctors.
At least I knew when he prescribed something it wasn't to get a commission.

There's a guy in Jersey who makes millions selling Viagra on the net. Sounds
like a good business to me!
