The animal flowers give you one double each when you get them, unlike the
numbered flowers, where only the flower corresponding to your position give
you the double. There's no order to the animal tiles.

I remember once playing that a player drawing the Cat could capture a Rat
that was already displayed (and similarly the Cockeral captured the
Centipede), but I don't think that's a standard (or even a common) variant.
