When I try to look at some pictures on newsgroups they display as a jumble
of text characters.

I just read about every page in the Outlook Express Help and cannot find
even a clue on how to convert the garbage into a picture.  Now I'm even
wondering if Outlook Express is actually capable of doing it.

Please could anyone advise me.
