UA used to have a SIN FA base, and these FAs apparentyl could not fly to 
the U.S.

Similarly, AA has FAs based in at least EZE and LIM and probably GRU 
too, who can fly to the U.S.

NW has asia-based FAs who apparently do not fly to the U.S.
