This is used as a good indicator as to when NOT to go. Now that all
of the native
drones are back to their offices with the souvies from various places
hither and yon,
I will be taking this opportunity to take my holidays. I am about 12
hours from boarding
a plane to Japan's 48th prefecture in the middle of the Pacific. Will
be on the Big
Island several hours before I leave. Big Island has the advantage of
having fewer
Japanese than another island that shall remain nameless so it will
feel like I actually
managed to escape somewhat.

Unfortunately, this may be the last time we will be able to go unless
the re-instate direct
flights again.
