This is my first post, so please don't kill me.
I've been in Japan for 7 years playing judo.
It fun, but I still need to make a living;>

Most foreign workers who leave Japan after 1994 are eligible to receive a
"Lump-Sum Withdrawal Payment" from National Insurance program. The payment
is subject to Japanese income tax (20%), but you may not know that you can
also get this back. For best results, you should start thinking about this
before you even leave Japan and contact me if you need a local
representative.

When Network Answers Japan started back in 1997 we provided a custom service
to several of our business customers. We assisted our customers expatriates
after they returned home.

Have you left Japan within the last 2 years? Let us help you get back the
tax that the Japanese government took out of your "Lump Sum Payment!" It's
your money
