Well, that's why pro-beggars take cute kids or pets and mutilate them. That
brings more money. Last year, they've arrested a guy that was cutting dogs'
paw to use them as props to beg in Umeda.

When my aunt was in Japan, one day, she told me : "That afternoon, I've seen
an original business, there were 2 young people with a beautiful dog sitting
on the pavement and they charged the kids for touching the dog. The parents
encouraged the children to go there, as that's certainly cheaper and more
convenient than having a pet at home. I didn't know the price. I've given
them 2 big coins. How much is it normally ? They also do it with cats ?". I
didn't tell her they mostly do it with high-school girls.
