I switched to the problematic card, then removed both cards and left the camera off for about an hour. I put the problem card back in on it's own and all my pics reappeared. Not sure if there's generally a problem switching between cards. I've only needed to do it once so far, so it's 100% failure already! If the above doesn't work, try and borrow a card reader, or pop down to a processing shop to see if they can access it.
