If she's running FLETS it might be a bit tricky, as I'm not sure how
good the NTT-supplied PPPoE software is with Win98, especially if it's
English Win98. If it's a proper account, Win98 should autodetect
everything, and just set DCHP for the network adapter. After a number
of reboots, it should all be up and running, in theory.
