I read on the weekend that this law was actually passed 30 years ago when sodomy was legalized for hetrosexuals. Ignoring the moral or legal grounds this is a massive waste of time, it is absolutely amazing the the Sumpreme Court had to even considering the legality of someone buggering his friend in the private.
