Hey folks guess what I 'm still being illegally harassed and abusively
treated by these same so called "gentlemen".

While with my family we were out for 1 and ½ hours these same so
called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS illegally broke into our home and
tried to destroy my new EXPENSIVE work lamp.  In order to get to the
base of the lamp you had to move a chair, monitor arm that had a
monitor on it and move another television monitor.  This as you can
see was very INTENTIONAL and DELIBERATE.  These same so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER made it clear upon seeing me try to fix it were
heard to say that they will keep this kind of pressure up until I move
or preferably until I COMMIT SUCIDE. Also these same people have been
heard to say that we have to find a way to get them to move out and
away from this neighborhood as the neighbors don't want them around.
These people who have proven they to be extremely UNPROFESSIONAL
officers always managed to STEAL things out of my room.  These people
by now should have a very good collection of VALUABLE items of mine.

It is no secret that they are helping in this neighborhood illegal
conspiracy in an attempt to break up our family and trying to force us
to MOVE OUT. We have been at this house for the past 32 years. The
leader of this illegal neighborhood conspiracy has not been at their
house 6 years.  The biggest secret that we can only think of that
remains to be solved is HOW MUCH MONEY and or WHAT FAVORS are being
done and money paid out to law enforcement and these same so called
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.

This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt of LAW ENFORCEMENT HARRASSMENT.
This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt of LAW ENFORCEMENT ANNOYANCE.
This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt of LAW ENFORCEMENT CONSPIRACY.
This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt of LAW ENFORCEMENT and in
CONCORD proving once again that FAMILIES DO NOT COME FIRST.

The CONCORD CALIFORNIA POLICE DEPARTMENT and the CONTRA Costa
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT each has LIED and still DENY'S any part or
knowledge there of in the on going problems.  HOWEVER when I listen on
my POLICE SCANNER RADIO it is the OPPOISTE that I have heard myself as
well as many other scanner enthusiasts.

All of this hate and hostility between the law enforcement community
and the neighbors with their illegal conspiracy even further proves
beyond a shadow of a doubt that HATE CRIMES, TERRORISM, TERRORIST ACTS
and CONSPIRACY are LEGAL and welcomed in CONCORD and in CONTRA Costa
COUNTY in California. This has been in the past 3 years of which all
cries for help from us, our pleas for intervention have gone
intentionally ignored and the POLICE TURNED ITS BACK ON US
INTENTIONALLY.





It is also NO SECRET of the ANTI JEWISH feelings by these same so
called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS and members of this illegal
neighborhood conspiracy.

It is also NO SECRET of the extreme hate and prejudice of the overly
active HATE of DISABLED people and those with MAJOR MEDICL and HEALTH
PROBLEMS feelings by these same so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS and
members of this illegal neighborhood conspiracy.

There is NO secret to the UNPROFFESSIONAL operational  and habits of
certain aspects of LAW ENFORCEMENT and these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICERS.

One such unacceptable operational procedure that these so called LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS is to intentionally ILLEGALLY break and enter to
a PRIVATE home of their target.  This is most when NOT ONE PERSON IS
AROUND to prevent them from carrying out their preconceived illegal
plans of tampering with private property to all out destructive
vandalism and theft.

ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS is to intentionally ILLEGALLYAno STALK their prey
/ victim.  In addition to following everywhere I am at regardless of
time I spend or the distance I travel.

Another such unacceptable operational procedure that these so called
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS is to intentionally ILLEGALLY VIOLATE PRIVATE
PROPERTY and VIOLATE PRIACY.  These so called officers of the law
climb all over our roof and break it down and drill holes etc into our
home.  Also talk loudly outside my window when I try to sleep and make
more noise once they know I have just taken my medication for the
night so they can sleep deprive me and terrorize me.

Another such unacceptable operational procedure that these so called
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS is to intentionally ILLEGALLY USE HATE CRIMES
and TERRORIST TACTICTS.  

Another such unacceptable operational procedure that these so called
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS is to intentionally threaten me with arrest
and they try to break into my home to take me.  This is after telling
people how they just want to help and to talk to me.  These are the
same officers who have got some IDIOT JACK*SS of a judge to grant them
warrants of which is now very much over 50 warrants and I haven't been
taken yet and they are trying to have me removed for a long time.  I
FIND IT INTERESTING TO NOTE HOW IT TAKES TO HAVE A LAW ENFORCEMENT
BADGE SO THEY CAN INTETNIONALLY BREAK THE LAW AND TRY TO KILL ME AND
YET I AM TREATED LIKLE THE CRIMINAL. 
 These so called officers BROKE the law including felony offenses and
the rest of law enforcement is ignorant enough to let this practice
continue. I DEMAND TO BE LEFT ALONE AND THESE PEOPLE TO GO AWAY.  I am
thinking of taking lessons in lethal weapons just  to be left alone
since the police INTENTIONALLY refuse to protect and to serve.

I DEMAND THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES ORDER A FEDERAL
INVESTAGATION USING OUTSIDE AGENCIES TO LOOK INTIO THIS ENTIRE
SITUATION. If any public official says they are for the people and the
individual citizen then I DEMAND TO SEE PROOF!
