First of all, you seem to had better post such an article to the
other newsgroups, for example, gnu.emacs.gnus, rather than here[1].

BTW, have you tried to start Gnus anyway?  Even if any dotfile
has not been prepared, the first-time user will see the
`nndoc+gnus-help:gnus-help' newsgroup[2] if Gnus has been
installed correctly.  You can see the basic usages of Gnus
there.  Furthermore, the detailed manual called `info' must have
been installed in your system.  It is never late to ask a
question after reading them.

[1] In the fj hierarchy, the audiences are mainly Japanese who
    use mainly Japanese to discuss, and the Gnus users are not
    numerous.

[2] That is not a real newsgroup in the sense that it doesn't
    connect to the internet, though.
