As I recollect it wel he described it as a combination of ura nage with sumi gaeshi and obi tori gaeshi. As this not a classified throw in the kodokan curiculum, but nevertheless a Judo technique (as he stated it is waza) But sertainly it is not ashi-waza technique and sertainly not sasae tsurikomi ashi which has e very different movement from the throw in the clip.
