In Spain, we referees had to do a little meeting in order to be informed about the changes. From october, the rules are been used on the U23 championships and are going to be used at nex regional senior competitions (in my region, championships are going to be hold on next weekend). I ask for the reason that Spain has adopted these changes instead of they are not accepted by IJF members yet (as Dutch federation). Best regards Angel
