Tokaido shinkansen and Kintetsu (nagoya-osaka) expresses. Mostly. Trains that have private cabins shouldn't count. Similarly anyone using a private cabin on one of those new Airbus 380 things shouldn't really be able to claim mile high status (with a straight face at least).
