Western Australia, the trans-siberian, or some such equivalent have

There needs to be some sort of formula involving miles covered divided
by time. Or kilometres for that matter. Get with the metric system

Tokaido shinkansen and Kintetsu (nagoya-osaka) expresses. Mostly.
Trains that have private cabins shouldn't count. Similarly anyone
using a private cabin on one of those new Airbus 380 things shouldn't
really be able to claim mile high status (with a straight face at
least).
