Strategic Clients located South of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 
is currently looking for a SAP Functional Analyst.

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following modules:

1. Personnel Admin (PA)

2. Personnel Development (PD)

3. Benefits
 

Experience with Training and Events and Compensation Management 
would be a plus.

The successful candidate will:

-Be able to provide continual support of production systems, 
including maintenance and improvements to SAP, to our online enrollment 
package and org structure display package  OpenHR, and any new SAP 
functionality or new software product that we may choose to implement 
in the future.

-Participate on teams as required to implement new functionality in SAP 
or other supporting technology to aid in improvements to the HRIT 
functions, including participation on cross-divisional projects to 
ensure solutions can be utilized corporate-wide from an HR perspective.

-Be able to provide insight based on past experiences, and offer 
suggestions and possible solutions to challenges and issues currently 
presented by HR. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

-Strong teamwork in their ability to work with other members within IT 
as well as within HR, taking care to ensure that all members are 
appropriately updated with progress and issues as they arise. 

This person should act as a member of the IT team as well as a business 
partner to the HR group.

-Good judgment and decision making most often to solve a problem or request 
from the HR team while ensuring data integrity and system performance of 
the SAP system (or any other solution being addressed)

-Market foresight, learning agility and teaming. 

-Ability to deal with multiple tasks and complex projects 

-An action/problem solving orientation

-Interpersonal and influencing skills (across the organizational levels)

The successful candidate will:

-Define with their manager goals for personal and professional

with in current role and to prepare for future roles.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated the following 
capabilities:

Education:

-BS level degree in a field related to information systems or the 
specific business discipline addressed by the assigned software modules. 

Unique combinations of education and experience may be substituted 
if they provide the essential skill sets for the position. 

Experience:

-7+ years of business or IT related experience demonstrating the ability 
to install, design, configure, or maintain application software related 
to Human Resources. 

Demonstrated knowledge (3+ years) of the SAP HR application module 
strongly preferred and the ability to understand application interfaces 
as they relate to the SAP R/3 modules in an ERP setting highly 
recommended. 

Knowledge and practical experience with SAPs PA, PD, Benefits 
Administration, Compensation Management, Training and Events and 
Org Management modules are also preferred.

Physical Requirements:

-This position functions in a normal office environment that requires 
the ability to interface with standard office equipment such as 
computers, printers, copiers, fax, telephones, etc. 

Position will spend periods of time sitting, standing, walking, etc., 
as part of the normal conduct of daily business affairs.
