Hi Gilbert,
At the bottom of FAQ 7e (http://www.sloperama.com/mjfaq/special.htm), you
will see that this type of tile is identified as a Chinese Joker. I
apologize that the FAQ is not easy enough to read. Someday when I have the
time I will rewrite and reorganize all of the FAQs to make them easier to
use. (-_-)
But then, that's a lot of work, so maybe I'll just rewrite, reorganize, and
print them into a book that I can sell! (^_^)
