Since the tiles are not numbered, you can number them yourself in any way
you want. The order you suggest is logical and consistent.

They're Chinese Jokers, as indicated in FAQ 7e.

Total - 160

which of them can be supported with your set. The only ones you can't play
are American and Vietnamese - and you can use your set to play Japanese, if
you don't use the "red fives" feature. Your set was made to play the
Malaysian game. See FAQ 4b to find rules.
