Yes, I was referring to what so many are doing...for example Mr. customer 
wants a job performed, tell the man yes I can do that for 100 bucks, next 
get a guy who files no taxes with no citizenship or visa to do it for 30 
bucks...and you keep the change.

Lets say you own a home in say Dallas Texas or  Atlanta Ga. or anywhere for

You come home to find that someone has gone into your home. (They snuck over

They say NO! (in broken Engrish) we washed your dishes cut your grass we 
will patch the roof and we want to stay here and work tax free. Also you 
must add us to your health insurance plan at no cost to us.
Make a big ordeal about it, they picket in front of your house about how bad
