I have a Delkin Picture Pad.
It's exactly what you need, but slightly more expensive. It allows viewing
on it's built in screen and you can edit filenames and move stuff around
with a windows-like interface.
It hooks up to a tv as well, so you can do slide shows for friends as well
as manipulate photos with zoom/pan.
A 20gig unit will cost around US$350
