Zhongshan Haba / Haba-Sway FRAUD EXPORTER

We negotiated price, terms, models, and specifications for a sample order,
and agreed on same. $2,740.00 USD was paid by us up-front in the form of a
wire (receipt available) to this company, with a contracted ship date of 10
days following payment.

10 days after payment, no shipment. 14 days after payment, there is a
"problem" with our specifications, what were they again? 25 days after
payment, they have to re-design due to our specifications. 35 days after
payment, they were still not ready to ship, and they offered a full refund,
which we accepted.

Since that time, we have been promised a full refund of $2740.00 USD every
week, with no funds ever appearing. Then we were promised a refund "by
November 1st". Then "In November". Then "by December 1st".

On December 16th, they advised us that they made a wire for the full refund.
However, it has never shown anywhere in our account, and this company will
not trace the payment or provide proof that a wire was ever made.

Here we are, January 11th, 2005, and still nothing.

Come to find it is a one-man show, with fake pictures of nice buildings on
his websites. Complete scam.

We have copies of all invoices, wire receipts, emails and MSN IM
communications to substantiate these claims.

Export Bureau has listed this company in thier fraud companies section, as
