Nah, he's too busy smooching up to Dubbya and proclaiming Guantanamo
to be a satisfactory judicial process. Even Blair doesn't go that far.
I think fridge magnets and stickers are more use than fingerprinting
and photographing gaigin. ISTR the last few terrorist attacks in Japan
were all carried out by locals.
