Caveman, Davidson makes a valid point.  Perhaps she / you can pay for them 
in a check and they will mail them to her.  No matter what, we always have 
options.  If she can even get a used desk / laptop and dialup access she can 
have internet options as well.

Look at all the options and decide what will best suit her.
