Thanks for telling me I wasn't seeing things.  :)

By "the source" of the text, I meant the full document (which we see only a
part of in the anime).  I'm thinking it may have been published somewhere,
or posted on the Net as a FAQ.  And I'm wondering who wrote it.  Does the
same text appear in the original Japanese TV series?  Questions like that.
