No one said anyone received an infinite benefit. Instead, the statement was
that the RATIO of benefit to income taxes actually paid approached infinity.
The extreme poor pay no income taxes, instead they get a "refund." Dividing
the benefits received (included the "refund") by the taxes paid, one is
dividing a finite number by zero, thus the ratio approaches infinity.
