Do you mean the ones built into Windows or a separate program?
Do you mean they don't display or they don't display after x minutes of 
inactivity?
If it is to do with inactivity time, you probably have a program running 
that is not allowing the computer to go into screensaver mode. Check 
msconfig to see what is under the start up tab.
