It's hard to believe it was only a month ago that Declan Murphy wrote
the following after I had made the mistake of getting into a
long-winded debate in here regarding Fahrenheit 9/11:

>While being off-topic most of time (and in my case drunk most of the
>time), at the end of the day, this is a *Japan* newsgroup. These
>sepponian political threads are just noise, and not particularly melodic
>noise at that. It is nothing personal, it just doesn't belong.

Have the rules suddenly been amended or is this a new fad or
something?? Holy Christ. I go away for 3 days and come back to no less
than 220 new U.S. political posts!

Also, why does Shannon Jacobs have to be on my team?
