What are the methods of troubleshooting for micro motor?
The micro motor reducer serial products is mechatronic product composed of micro gear reduction box, governor, speed control motor or constant speed motor. Here to provide a general reduction motor troubleshooting method:
1, The motor overheating, check the actual load, adjust to the specified value or replace the larger power of the reducer, Oil using in accordance with the provisions.
2, knocking noise and irregular mesh micro reducer oil checking. Micro reducer lubrication oil may deteriorate after a period of time using because of various     reasons, therefore, to check the oil lubrication at regular intervals is necessary. Micro deceleration motor to check the oil quality is first cut off the power supply and wait for the micro reducer cooling, open oil drain bolt to obtain oil, if oil deterioration, the lubricating oil should be immediately replaced.
3, Abnormal stable operation noise. Bearing damage, need to replace the bearing.
4, Abnormal operation noise. Renewing the oil or more oil to rated value.
5, Air leakage. Correct oil level and correct installation of ventilators
