More than "suspect" or "unofficial," the URL is clearly an entire
fabrication.
The site gives the impression of a trashheap for a student with too
much times on his hands. It is filled with a lot of unrelated
documents (I can't read Word documents, and so don't know what most
are about), such as poetry and image scans. Apparently, this youngster
thought it would be fun to construct a bogus CNN news page, and,
unfortunately used for its news content a crackpot right-wing Nanking
massacre denial, similar to the Holocaust denials. It is amusing that
this youngster didn't even bother to spell "Najing" right, and he has
no sense of moral responsibility for the effect of how he passes his
time.
