I don't know precisely, but the following information is only 2 years
old and probably hasn't changed too much. Assuming a minimum of 20,000
of the letters were distributed, then kuroneko probably would have
charged around 35-45 yen per letter provided the distribution was
densely concentrated (ie either gepgraphically or to a mailing list
consisting of regular kuroneko customers). The post office likewise
doesn't charge anywhere near 80/90 yen per letter if you are
bulkmailing.
