But it's not that complicated to do the Norton download stuff, or go to a store and buy a disk and follow instructions. But I do know what you mean. Maybe she should just buy a new computer with everything installed; might be cheaper than having someone come out to her house and charge her an arm and a leg (which they could easily do, especially if she's that illiterate and they take advantage of her). Dell will install all that stuff and everything's good to go when she gets the computer. John W.
