Arrested man escapes from smelly police car

"While escorting [the suspect] to the police station, officers
slightly lowered one of the rear windows of the police car after the
suspect had a toilet accident.

"The man then fully opened the window and jumped out of the vehicle
while it was still moving. The officers began chasing the suspect but
lost sight of him shortly afterwards."

Here's my favorite part:

"At the time, only one officer was sitting next to the suspect in the
back seat of the vehicle...."

Umm... how did he manage to get the friggin window down and then jump
out without the officer sitting next to him getting suspicious....
