I'm surprised to hear that. Maybe something to do with decreased
demand here? A lot of people cut back on their driving once the snow
starts, so the stations may need cash flow. We're near Kamikawa.
There's about 60cm of snow, depending on where you measure, but it's
not that cold yet. I'm hoping that the kerosene thieves will be locked
up before the temperature drops in February.
