Another 100 oku yen that won't be going towards humanitarian aid. I'm sure they'll soon be another demand for payment to ensure no-one shoots at the GSDF too much once they start patrolling. I hate to think what sort of coverage we'll get the first time a live bullet goes flying anywhere near the GSDF...
