their lies, tracts, and try not to get caught in illegal activities
and helping conspirators against JEWS, DISABLED, INFIRM, and other
unhealthy and incurable people with problems.

to be on the receiving end of everything negative that police,
sheriff's officers and other law enforcement personnel that can toss
at me. This includes helping people with ILLEGAL CONSPIRACY and hate
crimes etc.

that CONCORD POLICE officers DENIED me proper help when asked? How
much are neighbors paying these so called law enforcement officers to
illegally COMMIT HATE CRIMES and other CRIMES against me? Why is it
that law enforcement officers REFUSE to STOP a CONSPIRACY and arrest
the guilty parties?  Especially when they know who the guilty people
are?

How much are neighbors paying these so called law enforcement officers
to illegally terrorize me? How much are neighbors paying these so
called law enforcement officers to illegally stalk me? How much are
neighbors paying these so called law enforcement officers to illegally
sleep deprive me? How much are neighbors paying these so called law
enforcement officers to illegally terrorize me? Why are so called LAW

in VIOLATION of our basic rights.  

Our signs are constantly being INTENTIONALLY TORN / RIPPED down by the
vermin that is these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. Once again we
have had our home and property INTENTIONALLY VIOLATED by the vermin
that is these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. The vermin that is
these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have ILLEGALLY and extremely
intentionally VIOLATED our home by damage that is now over an easy
$15-20,000.00.  

This includes ATTEMTPED MURDER by and from LAW ENFORCMENT COMMUNITY
and including especially the dishonorable vermin who are these so
called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. Here is a brief and short list of
some of the highlights of the hatefulness of these vermin waste of
sewage life forms. 

1… The constant break in and entry's started in big time that included
malicious vandalism by law enforcement agents and officers.

2… I have been the target of these break-ins etc only to have the
things in my room destroyed, tampered with, vandalized, broken etc.

3… Other parts of my home also have been the target of these break-ins
etc only to have the things in my room destroyed, tampered with,
vandalized, broken etc.

4… I have been forced to suffer heart attacks.

5... I have been forced to suffer strokes.

6… I have also had numerous attacks of colitis.

7... I have also had numerous attacks of chromes.

8… In April 2003, I have had attacks bad enough to cause my liver,
kidney, pancreas and a few other internal body parts to change sizes
and shapes in addition to wanting to quit on me.

ALL OF THIS HAS INCREASED STREES, TENSION LEVELS and etc has
contributed to my poor health getting worse with no cure or end in
sight. THIS IS BIG PROOF OF ATTEMPTED MURDER BY these DISHONERABLE
VERMIN who are these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. Below is

radio call sign designated as Sam2, told another officer that had the
radio call sign as Z20 made a comment of the effect to that officer of
"Doug is a cop hater from long ago." The officer at the time that had
the Z20 designation replied to the effect of 
"Oh, that is good to know.  All units don't help Doug, but give all

listened to them and seen them on monitors talking to uniformed
concord police officers. It is no secret that the SEWAGE VERMIN

OFFICERS want to lock me up for NO CRIMES and for exposing the truth

One of the newest things to accuse me of is theft from an electronics
store.  To PROVE my innocence what happened is…. I was there only to
pick up some parts etc.  I seen a shopping cart in the lot pushed
against my car.  It contained 2 OLD and NO LONGER MADE VCR'S.  On my
way back out I asked an employee if I could take them since they are
being discarded and left out for anyone.  I was given permission to
take them.  That is a month ago.  I am now being accused of theft
again. I am tired of false accusations from the dishonorable vermin
waste of sewage other wise known as these so called law enforcement
officers.
Isn't amazing if I really was stealing that the police would have been
waiting at my house or coming out as soon as notification of such
action?  I am also still being accused of medical disable fraud among
other things like kid this and that.  These vermin sewage not only
follows me where I go regardless distance traveled or time spent that
there are there hiding wit me in sight, But these anal feeding pieces
of sewage are still helping the neighbors especially the kid who
started this conspiracy with his father.  I have told CONCORD POLICE
on many occasions that I want them arrested but they intentionally
refused to even talk to them when I broke down and gave an ok.
CONCORD POLICE decided to label me according to 2 sources a liar etc.
I can take any truth test and pass I know they would flunk.  Now if
any of these accusations were true would I still be home etc?

Another thing being done by rodent pieces of sewage law enforcement
officers who is always watching and listening is telling anyone that
all my medical and health problems are false, fake and not disabled at
all Since STATE DOCTORS as well as MY OWN DOCTORS know I am disabled
it is interesting how these law enforcement officers lie about that
also. These people are still using radios bleeding thru my stereo,
trespassing and hiding on my property violating my rights of privacy
especially in my own room where I have the right of privacy as long as
I am not doing anything illegal in it.  These maggots still try to
stop my internet news group postings as well as put stuff on the line
to slow down connect speed.  This act is not only illegal but a felony
tampering with my computer, but also a felony trying to stop my email
as well.  These rodent sewage vermin who are these disgraceful people
that law enforcement are still violating our home and property.  These
people have destroyed countless items some of which is way over one
thousand dollars.

In a year's time I was forced by law enforcement officers to have over
4 heart attacks and over 4 strokes due to law enforcement
terrorization and hate crimes and scare tactics. These are also the
same so called law enforcement officers who told people for years that
and I quote…"ALL that we want to do is to TALK to him.  ALL that we
want to do is to SPEAK to him."

If that were true even microscopically then why have these sewage
vermin who are these so called law enforcement officers FAILED to
IDENTIFY themselves and FAILED to speak directly to me.  Why do they
violate my rights of privacy and other rights?  Why do they break in
and sabotage my belongings and destroying others and breaking others.
If that were also true then why for 3 years of terror from them
stalking me, using my health and medical conditions to give me a fatal
attack?  These vermin were heard admitting to it.  Also if that was
true then why do they break in and vandalize?
Why am I still being tormented and terrorized by them?  Why does
concord police refuse to help me and make them go away as they
admitted on the radio?
Why do they go to my temple and make noise during services from
outside the synagogue in front of windows?
