He (or she) will have to hunt around for drivers, Toshiba won't supply them.
Good luck. There is no problems with Vista, I run it on 4 out of 6 of my
PCs. The two that aren't Vista ... one is an ancient Toshiba notebook that
only has a P3 850ghz with 16mb of graphics and is already at its maximum of
256mb RAM and the other runs Windows 2003 Server R2 64 bit. I'd never go
back to XP on any of the others.
