Forgive me if this is a noob quesion but I can't find the answer anywhere.

If you hold down the Alt Gr key on a UK English keyboard (Windows XP) 
and press any letter, an accented character ($(D??(B,$(D??(B,$(D??(B,$(D??(B,$(D??(B) is produced.
Is it somehow possible to "remap" this key, so that it outputs a 
circumflex?  (Yep, for typing in Romaji.)
