12/20/2005 I sit in a wheelchair much of each day because of cerebellar ataxia. I get swollen ankles - and both feet hurt a little bit. My doctor has given me water pills [including bumetanide]; I've taken them but to no avail. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you, Barry Karas
