available on eBay and I thought someone might be interested.  

This a one-of-a-kind MINT condition FULLY-AUTOGRAPHED copy of the
deluxe limited gatefold edition of Brain Salad Surgery issued by
Victory Records in 1993. The autographs were obtained at an in-store
appearance in NYC to commemorate the Victory re-issues. It is
hand-signed by Keith, Greg and Carl on the inner fold-out section in
black Sharpie marker (See pics on eBay). The item has been stored in
protective material and is in MINT condition. I had gotten two copies
signed and have decided to part with my extra.
