thing Apud's said that is misreported is that she was charged with
racism. She wasn't. She was released without charge.

Now, there I won't argue with you; Apud's entered the debate with his
own agenda, that has nothing to do with the original topic.

That's his prerogative, of course, in a public forum, just as it's
TXZZ's to pipe up with total nonsense, but I suspect discussing with the
one is going to be just as fruitless as trying to talk reason with the
other.
