Who said anything about blank checks? Allow me to put words into my
own mouth. I said it's all well and good that Canada has a fine health
system and environmentally-friendly cities but that they owe a great
debt for their freedom to their southern neighbors. Really I was just
trying to point out how ridiculous the US bashing is. We were allies.
We are allies. Save that crap for the enemy.
