Got it in one: it's a very classy gas lighter in the middle of the
store, and is simply on all the time (or at least during opening hours).
Always seemed very civilized to me to be able to pop a Sherman out of a
new pack and have a taste while examining the other goodies in the shop,
but the Mrs. Grundys that run our town have said "no way" to that one.
